Debbie Malone is legally blind and completely color blind. After falling over a hard-to-see step in her housing community, she repeatedly requested effective high-contrast markings. Even after providing letters from her doctor and mobility instructor, the safety issue remained unresolved. Debbie now believes she is facing retaliation for requesting disability accommodations.
